Casper Sleep, most commonly known as Casper, is owned by Durational Capital Management , a private equity firm, that acquired the company in January of 2022. Casper was previously a publicly owned company, but is now privately held by only Durational Capital Management.
Casper sources the materials for their mattresses and pillows from all over the world. The foam used in Casper mattresses is made in the United States, but various other components of their mattresses and sleep products are imported from China, India, Canada, Taiwan or Mexico.
While there is no definitive information on how many Casper customers return their mattresses , Casper does offer their clients an easy return policy similar to our return policy at BedInABox®. Every Casper mattress purchased comes with a 100-day trial period, compared to our 120-night sleep trial period. If at any point during either trial period you decide that you are not satisfied with your mattress, you can start the return process for a full refund.
